Kids Birthday Parties - from

Days: Saturday afternoons 14h30 to 16h30 only or Sunday mornings 10h30 to 12h30 and afternoons 14h30 to 16h30

Numbers: Artz N’ Craftz parties cater for up to 20 children with a minimum of 10 children. 

Age: Children from 5 years old

Duration: 2hr party with 1h30 dedicated to the arts and crafts activity and 30 minutes for the food and birthday cake (to be provided by the client)

Extras: E-invite can be provided on demand. No need for party bag as each child will come home with the fruits of their labour at the end of the party.

Venue: Birthday parties are held in South Croydon at Elmhurst School, 44 South Park Hill Road, CR2 7DW South Croydon, Surrey (map) 

Subject to our availabilities and the location, in house birthday parties can be catered for in the Croydon area and surrounding boroughs including Sutton, Purley, West Wickam, Beckenham and Addington.

Parking: Additional parking spaces available at the main school car park at No48 South Park Hill Road for drop off and pick up only at No44 South Park Hill Road.

Material: We will provide all the required materials to decorate the chosen support such as paint, pens, rhinestone and other jazzy decorations such as stickers, foam shapes, stones, feathers, mosaic, etc. The choice will be theirs.

On the Day: Depending on the size of the group, one or two Artz N' Craftz members will facilitate the session on the day. Parties normally last 2 hours with a dedicated room to enjoy the activity. After 90mns, the children will enjoy the party food and cake organised by the client, outside if the weather is nice. Due to the quiet and focus nature of the session, parents of guest children will be required to entertain themselves offsite of the Artz N' Craftz premises whilst the party takes place.

Terms & Conditions: 

• A party booking shall not be confirmed until a confirmation email has been received
• We will use our best efforts to make the party venue and premises available to you on the agreed party date. If we need to amend the party booking in any way, we will offer alternative facilities of a reasonable fit, status and comfort to the original party booking. If the alternative arrangement is not deemed fit by you, you will have the right to cancel the party booking in writing with a full refund.
• Bookings cannot be transferred or refunded unless under exceptional circumstances. 
• The birthday child and siblings should be included in the number of attendees stated on the booking form.
• The client is responsible for providing all relevant information of all attendees such as medical and/or dietary requirements including any allergies (fabric, materials, detergents, cosmetics, food etc).
• Should the number of guests be less than at the initial booking, the original booking still applies.
• If the number of attendees on the day is greater than stipulated on the original booking, Artz N' Craftz will do their utmost to accommodate any additional supplies, subject to availability, and apply additional charges on the day to the client.
