Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
As a small business, materials are prepared in advance and spaces are limited. For this reason, bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend. Please inform us in advance with the name of the replacement attendee. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice and the space can be filled, a credit may be offered for a future workshop (at our discretion). If a workshop is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
3. Health & Safety
Workshops may involve the use of art materials, tools, or equipment. By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and will follow any safety instructions provided.
Please inform us in advance of any relevant allergies (e.g. to latex, essential oils, etc.).
4. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.
5. Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please inform us at the start of the session.
6. Data Protection
Your information will be stored securely and used to manage your booking and provide occasional updates about relevant workshops or events. Your details will never be shared or sold to third parties. You may request removal of your data at any time.
