- Pack up: 3.30PM to 5.00PM
- Application deadline: 05/10/25 COB
- Price: space allocation for options 1 & 2 is 1.5m x 1.8m
Option 1: £42 with a adjoined table 68cm x 1.44m (paired with another table)
Option 2: £50 with a single table 60cm x 1.76m
Option 3: £58 with a large single table 80cm x 2.20m (only 6 tables available first come, first served basis)
- To ensure a balanced and mix of stalls, SoCro Art reserves the right to decline applications where necessary. However, it is very rare for an application to be rejected unless the products are not handmade, lack a creative element, or include controversial content. If you are unsure whether your work fits our criteria, please feel free to get in touch before applying.

Sunday 5th October 2025- SoCro art is open to all exhibitors
18 of age and over- We are looking for a mix of engaging and diverse creative and maker stalls to create a great experience. Each maker will be selected to provide an eclectic selection of crafts and designs including ceramics, paintings, printmaking, textiles, jewellery and so much more.
- A broad collection of the exhibitor's work should be displayed on the day of the fair.
- All bookings are held on a provisional basis until full payment has been cleared.
- We accept applications from emerging and established artists, designers, artisans and makers irrespective of their background, age, gender or experience.
- We welcome all applications with a creative or artistic angle from floral cupcake makers like
@kerrys_bouqcakes to artistic candle makers and beyond. If you are unsure whether your work fits, please enquire before applying.
- Product for sale must be
handmade and
designed by yourself and therefore
we do not accept mass produced products. We also do not accept applications from general food and beverage vendors, as this is a curated art and makers fair. If in doubt please contact us.
- Stallholders who are most successful at the fair typically offer a range of products and/or price points to appeal to a wider audience.
- Cost is from £42 per stallholder with a table (table cloth not included). Payment should be made no later than 5 working days after receipt of your email confirmation. We will organise online and offline advertising campaigns to promote the event and hope all stallholders will help promote SoCro art fair with their social media followers as well as friends and family.
- Stallholder space is 180x150cm which you can arrange as you wish with a table (tablecloth of any colour but it must be table height and touch the ground), a stand, an easel or/and a rail.
- Each exhibitor undertakes to have their exhibits on display in their allocated space, in good order and professional manner table covered with a tablecloth that reaches the floor on all sides.
- We reserve the right to open exhibition stand by the stated open times (8.30 with 1.5hrs to set up) and keep open until closing time (3.30PM with 1.5hr to pack up).
- Exhibits shall not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibits of others and shall not be packed, covered or removed before the end of the fair without the permission of the SoCro team.
- To pack up and leave prior to closure of show can result in cancellation of other bookings with no refund.
- Cancellation must be received by email. If the cancellation take places 15 working days before the event, a 20% charge will apply on the full amount paid. If less than 15 days, no refund will be given.
- In the event of cancellation after payment, any refunds issued will be subject to banking and processing fees.
- We do not accept responsibility for any injury, theft, loss or damage incurred on individual stalls during the event.
- All exhibitors are required to provide their own Public Liability Insurance.
- Exhibitors are responsible for clearing away rubbish from their own stands.
- In the interest of Health and Safety we request there be
NO SMOKING and
NO VAPING in all venues.
- Please note that dogs are not permitted at the venue.
- The car park has an automatic vehicle registration recognition system. Free car parking is available on site for users of Folio Active @ CWS but you MUST register your vehicle registration at reception (inside the building) to qualify. The car park is operated by an external car parking company and fines will be issued to those who do not register their vehicle at reception. SoCro or Folio Active cannot be held responsible for any fines issued and car parking is at owner's risk.
