Kidz N’ Clubz Creative Holiday WorkshopsTerms & Conditions
1. Bookings & PaymentAll sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure a place. Spaces are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 children per session to ensure quality instruction and safety.
2. Cancellation PolicyAs a small business, all materials are purchased and prepared in advance, and spaces are very limited. For this reason, bookings are generally non-refundable.
- Our flexibility commitment: Across all cancellation scenarios (whether initiated by you or us), our priority is always to keep your child creating. We will always try our best to accommodate you by moving your booking to an alternative day or future workshop, subject to availability.
- If you cancel with 14 or more days' notice: If you wish to cancel, we will happily transfer your booking to a future holiday workshop. If a refund is mutually agreed upon under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued minus the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
- If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited, as supplies will have already been purchased for your child.
- If Kidz N’ Clubz cancels a session: We require a minimum number of bookings for each session to run. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session due to low attendance, staff illness, or venue issues, we will first offer to move your booking to another available day. If no alternative day is suitable for you, you will receive a full refund. This specific refund will not be subject to any banking or processing deductions.
- Ticket transfers: If your child is unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer the space to a friend of a similar age at no extra cost, provided you notify us of the change before the session.
3. Health & Medical Information
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or additional needs at the time of booking. While reasonable care and supervision are provided at all times, Kidz N’ Clubz does not offer medical supervision or administer medication. Children who are unwell must not attend and should return only once fully recovered.
4. Behaviour ExpectationsKidz N’ Clubz aims to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable creative environment for all children. Children are expected to follow instructions, treat others kindly, and use art materials safely. If a child’s behaviour compromises the safety, well-being, or experience of others, parents will be contacted to arrange immediate early collection, and no refund will be given for the missed time.
5. Collection & SupervisionChildren must be signed in on arrival and collected promptly at the end of the session by a parent or authorised adult. Please inform us in writing in advance if someone different will be collecting your child.
6. Personal Belongings & ClothingPlease ensure children do not bring valuables, electronic devices, or toys to the club. Kidz N’ Clubz cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please dress your child in old clothes suitable for messy art activities; we cannot be held responsible for stained or ruined clothing.
7. Photography & Data ProtectionPhotographs and videos will only be taken and used for promotional purposes (such as social media Reels or website updates) where explicit parental consent has been granted on the booking form. All personal information is stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations and used only to manage bookings and communicate relevant Kidz N’ Clubz or Liberatedexpression activities. Details will never be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required for safeguarding purposes.
