Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure a place. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 12 children per session.
2. Cancellation Policy
As a small business, all materials are prepared in advance and spaces are very limited. For this reason, bookings are non-refundable.
If your child is unable to attend, you are very welcome to transfer the space to a friend of a similar age. If you are unable to find a replacement, please let us know before the session, and we will happily transfer your booking to a future holiday workshop (subject to availability).
Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be transferred or credited unless there are exceptional circumstances.
3. Health & Medical Information
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking. While reasonable care and supervision are provided at all times, Kidz N’ Clubz does not offer medical supervision. Children who are unwell should not attend and should return only once fully recovered.
4. Behaviour Expectations
Kidz N’ Clubz aims to provide a safe, respectful and enjoyable creative environment for all children. Children are expected to follow instructions, treat others kindly, and use materials safely.
If a child’s behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others, parents may be contacted and asked to arrange early collection.
5. Collection & Supervision
Children must be dropped off on time and collected promptly at the end of the session by a parent or authorised adult. Please inform us in advance if someone different will be collecting your child.
6. Personal Belongings
Please ensure children do not bring valuables. Kidz N’ Clubz cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
7. Photography & Data Protection
Photographs will only be used for promotional purposes where parental consent has been given.
Personal information is stored securely and used only to manage bookings and communicate relevant Kidz N’ Clubz or Libertedexpression activities. Details will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law or for safeguarding purposes.
