Liberté d’Expression is delighted to work in partnership with The Gallery at Torbay Hospital, a well-established and very public showcase for professional artists, staging around eight exhibitions a year. The Gallery is funded through a charitable trust - South Devon Healthcare Arts - which promotes Arts in Hospital.
